A blood pressure cuff is inflated on the same extremity as the one with a SpO
2
sensor attached;
The patient has hypotension, severe vasoconstriction, severe anemia, or
hypothermia;
There is arterial occlusion proximal to the sensor;
The patient is in cardiac arrest or is in shock.

alarm on/off status
ON: When a SpO
2
alarm occurs, the monitor gives alarm
indications and stores the alarm;
OFF: When a SpO
2
alarm occurs, the monitor neither gives
alarm indications nor stores the alarm;
When OFF is selected, the
icon is displayed on the right
of the SPO
2
label.
ALM LEV
Alarm level
