Lucent Technologies Attendant answers incoming calls and plays a menu of
recorded prompts. A caller can respond to the prompts by dialing touch tones.
The application then routes the call to an inside extension. Lucent Technologies
Attendant transfers callers with rotary telephones to a designated extension
(Route 0) for further call handling and routing.
