You can only release jobs that you submitted. When ipc1 Document
Monitor is running on the taskbar, begin document monitoring by
selecting a document.

Document > Print Now For Scheduled Print: this item overrides the
assigned print schedule order for a particular job and prints the
selected job immediately.

Document > Cancel: this item deletes the print job from the queue.
You can only cancel print jobs that you submitted.

View > Configure: this item opens the Configuration window.

View > Refresh: this item renews the information displayed in the
window.

View > Status Bar: check or uncheck this item to display or hide the
status bar.

Help > Topics and Index: this item accesses the online help.

Help > About: this item displays copyright, version, and other
information about the Document Monitor.
