Upper Left : The document is stapled in the upper left corner

Upper Right : The document is stapled in the upper right corner
„
Left (Double) : The document is stapled along the left side using
two staples
„
Top (Double) : The document is stapled along the top edge using
two staples
The finishing option icon shows where the staple are placed.
Note: These options are disabled if the staple finisher unit is not
installed on the copier.
Hole-punching Documents
1 Click the
Setup
tab.
2 From the
Hole
drop-down box, select the hole punch position you
want:
„
Off : No holes are punched in the document
„
Left : Holes are punched along the left edge of the document
„
Top : Holes are punched along the top edge of the document
The finishing option icon shows where the holes are punched.
Note: These options are disabled if the hole punch finisher unit is not
installed on the copier.
Finishing the Print Job from the Macintosh
The list of stapling options displays all possible stapling positions. Some
of these may not be valid for all paper sizes and feed directions. You may
have to experiment to determine which stapling option works best for
your document.
