1 On the Document properties window, click the
Setup
tab.
2 Select either
Short Edge
or
Long Edge
from the
Duplex
drop-down list.
3 Click
Apply
to accept the settings and continue making selections from
other tabs or click
OK
to close the Properties window.
4 Click
OK
to begin printing.
Printing Duplex Documents on the Macintosh
1 Choose
Print
from the File menu.
2 Choose the
Layout
properties category.

Print on Both Sides
box to enable duplex printing.
4 Choose the way you want to bind the document: in
Booklet Mode
or
Tablet Mode
.
5 Click
Save Settings
to continue setting print options or click
Print
to
begin printing.
Printing Duplex Documents in Unix
To duplex print along the short edge, enter the following command:
lp -0 duplex=short filename
To duplex print along the long edge, enter the following command:
lp -0 duplex=long filename
