Printing a Proof Copy on the Macintosh
1 Choose

from the File menu.

Printing Modes
properties category.

Print Mode
drop-down list, choose
Proof
.

4 Click
Print
. The document is spooled to the controller for printing.
5 Review the proof and decide whether to cancel, edit, or print the
remaining job.
6 From the digital copier control panel, release the job for printing. See
Releasing Print Jobs on page 130.
Printing a Proof Copy in Unix
1 To print a proof document, enter the following command:
lp -0 proof -n value
where
value
is the total number of copies you want to print.
