8 Select the paper source for the inserted sheets.

field, enter the page number(s) before which to insert the
sheet. For multiple insertions, separate the page numbers with
commas.

Apply
to accept the settings and continue making selections from
other tabs or click
OK
to close the Properties window.

to begin printing.
Stapling and Hole Punching without Printing
You can use the inserter unit to staple and punch holes without printing
on the paper.

Place the paper in the inserter unit.
2 Select hole punch and staple positions.

Inserting Sheets from the Macintosh
You can only use the sheet insertion feature for the first page of a
document. To use the feature to insert tabs in a multi-section document,
you must create each section as a separate file.
