The key to defining where to insert tabbed sheets is to know what is on
each page of your document. Before you specify tabs, print out a copy of
the document on plain paper.

On the Paper Properties tab, click the
Tab Print Pages
check box toward
the bottom left of the dialog box. The driver opens the Tab Printing
dialog box.

Tab Banks: shows visually how many sets of tabs you are using.

Bank icons: identify the start of each bank of tabs for multi-tab
sets.

Document Location: tells the driver where to insert the tab.
„
Insert Before: causes the copier to insert the tabbed sheet before
the specified page.

Use For: causes the copier to print the text and graphics on the
tabbed sheet itself.
„
Page: is the page number that follows or prints on the tabbed
sheet.
2 Select the
Document Location

Insert Before
or
Use For
, for the tabbed
page.
3 Enter the page number for the page following the tabbed sheet.
OR
Enter the page number of the page to print on the tabbed sheet.
