Popup dialog box: ipc1 Document Monitor opens a popup message
when a selected event occurs.

Audible (Beep): sends a beep to your workstation speaker.
To set up event notification:
1
Click the
Notification
tab. ipc1 Document Monitor opens the
Notification dialog box.
2 Under
Events
, click the down arrow to display the list of available alert
events.
3 Click the box next to the event to select it. This causes ipc1 Document
Monitor to notify you when the selected event occurs.
4 Or click a checked box to deselect the event. This tells ipc1 Document
Monitor not to notify you when the event occurs.
5 Under
Method
, click the check box next to the alert method you want
ipc1 Document Monitor to use.
6 You may select both popup message and beep, or click a checked box
to deselect the method, which indicates that the method is not used
to notify you.
7 Click
OK
to set event notifications and exit the Configuration window.
When the selected event occurs and you chose a popup dialog box as
the method, a popup notification dialog box opens.
Note: ipc1 Document Monitor notifies you automatically if the print
job does not appear in the print queue after 10 minutes.
