Documents are usually printed as soon as the copier is available. The
Job
Type
on the Setup tab (Windows applications) controls when a document
prints.
Setting the Page Orientation

Click the
Setup
tab.

From the
Orientation
drop-down box, choose
Portrait
or
Landscape
.
The print preview icon indicates the currently selected setting.
Setting Collation Options
Collation
refers to the way a multi-page, multi-copy job is assembled. It
can be grouped either by page or sorted into sets.

Click the
Setup
tab.

From the
Copies
group box, make your selection. Your options are:
Grouping copies:
prints all copies of each page before printing
the next page. This option is also knows as
uncollated
mode.
Note: This control is disabled if
Stapling
is enabled.
Sorting copies:
prints all pages of a single copy, before beginning
the next copy until it completes the number of sets specified in
the
Number of Copies
field.
Note: This control is disabled if
Stapling
is enabled.
Setting the Output Destination
The Destination is the copier tray that receives your job.

Click the
Setup

From the
Destination
drop-down list, choose the output tray.
Printing in Standard Mode
Documents are usually printed using what the printer driver refers to as
standard layout, which means one page per piece of paper. Other layout
options include book format and multiple pages per sheet.
To select standard printing mode:
