from the File menu.
2 Choose the
Finishing Options
properties category. Select
Printer Features
in
OS 10.1.

3 To enable stapling, select the appropriate stapling positions from the
Stapling
drop-down list.

If the finishing unit is not installed, the stapling values are dimmed
(grayed-out). If the single-position stapler is installed, only the
Upper
Left (Portrait)
option is available.
4 To enable hole-punch, select
On
from the
HolePunch
drop-down list.
5 Click
Save Settings
to continue setting print options or click
Print
to
begin printing.
Document Appearance
Document appearance options include using watermarks, adjusting the
print quality, and managing fonts.
