4 In the Document Layout group, select the
Book Format
option. The
Book Properties Group window opens, letting you specify additional
booklet settings.

5 Set additional book properties:

Indicate the size of the
Center Margin
, the space between the text on
facing pages (also called the gutter ), in millimeters.

Indicate the size of the
Outer Margin
, the space between the text and
the outer edge of the page, in millimeters.

Check
Number Pages Left to Right
to change the print order of the
pages so that the finished book can be read from left-to-right, the
default reading order.
