Verify
to check that you entered the correct IP address and the
Macintosh can communicate with the controller. If you receive a
message saying the printer cannot be located, re-enter the IP address
correctly.
Note: To find the controller IP address, you can print out the
configuration page from the connected copier or look up the TCP/IP
protocol settings from the LCD touch screen.
18 Once you determine the IP settings are correct, click
OK
.
19 Click
Create
to add the new printer to the desktop.
20 Enter the printer name in the
Save desktop printer as...
field and click
Save
.
The printer is added to the desktop.
Install the Imagistics PPD File (AppleTalk Printer, OSX)
Install the PPD file on the Client Workstation. This procedure applies to
an AppleTalk Printer on the Mac OS 10.1 operating system.
