1 On the Scan tab, click the
Download Scan Files
link to open the
Download Scan Files page.
2 Click the plus sign (+) to the left of the directory name to open the
directory and view its contents.
3 Navigate to the directory or subdirectory that contains the file you
want to download.
4 When you find the file you want to download, click the name of the
file. The File Download dialog box opens.
5 Click
Save
to save the file on your local workstation. The Save As
dialog box opens.
6 Browse to the directory on your local workstation where you want to
place the file.
7 Click
Save
to download the file. The file is downloaded to the directory
you selected on your local workstation. The two dialog boxes close
automatically and return you to the Download Scan Files page.
Setting Your Preferences
You can customize the appearance of Printer Utility. If you do not log in or
if you log in as an end-user, setting preferences only affects your view of
Printer Utility. If you log in as the administrator, setting the preferences
affects all users.
