Note: Only the Windows 98/Me operating systems automatically
create the printer port. If you are using the Windows NT or Windows
XP/2000 operating systems, you must manually create the printer
port after installing the printer drivers.
Finishing the Installation
When the setup program finishes copying the necessary files to the
workstation, it prompts you to view the Readme file. Deselect this option,
if you want, and then click
Finish
to exit the InstallShield Wizard.
Verifying Installation
Verify that the specified software has been installed. If it does not appear,
repeat the preceding steps.
Removing Client Software
1 If the program you want to remove is open, close it.
2 Insert the CD you used when you installed the software.
If AutoRun is enabled, the setup program, InstallShield Wizard,
begins automatically.
If AutoRun is not enabled, select
Run
from the Start menu and enter
D: \setup.exe
(where
D
is the CD-ROM drive location) in the text
box to launch InstallShield Wizard.
