1 Define the properties that constitute your print profile by defining the
print options you want for this type of document.
2 Click the
Setup
tab.
3 Navigate to the Print Profile group dialog box and click
Save
. The
Export Profiles window opens.
Export Profiles Window
4 Enter a name for the print profile. Give the profile a descriptive name
so you can easily identify it for future jobs.
5 Click
OK
.
Applying Print Profiles
1 Click the
Setup
tab.
2 Navigate to the Print Profile group box and then click
Open
. The Open
Profile window opens.
3 Select the profile you want from among those listed.
4 Click
OK
.
