Printing Mirror Images

In the print properties window, click the
Quality
tab.

Check the
Mirror
box to flip the page image along the vertical axis.
Note that any letters print backwards as well as the images.

Adjusting Brightness
Brightness
is a measure of how much white an image contains. By
increasing the brightness, the printed image appears lighter.

In the print properties window, click the
Quality
tab.

Drag the
Brightness
slide bar to the right to lighten the printed image
up to 50%; slide the bar to the left to darken the image as much as
50%.

Adjusting Contrast
Contrast
is the difference in tone between the dark and the light areas of
an image. Higher contrast yields a greater difference between the dark
and light with fewer levels of gray between them.

Drag the
Contrast
slide bar to the right to sharpen the dark and light
areas of the printed image up to 50%; slide the bar to the left to
darken the image as much as 50%.

Rotating Images
You can rotate images during the print process to change the orientation
for a particular printout. If you want to permanently change the
orientation, do so in the image’s native application.
