Releasing Proof and Scheduled Jobs

Click the
Print Jobs
tab.

Select
Proof
or
Scheduled
jobs. For Scheduled jobs, Printer Utility
displays the date the job is scheduled to print in the
Status
column.

Scroll down the list to locate the job.

Check the box next to the job you want to print.
To release all jobs, click the check-all button in the header. Clicking
this button again clears all the checkmarks.

Click
Release
to print the selected job(s). After you release the job,
monitor its status using the Current jobs list.
Managing Scan Jobs
To determine the status of a scan job, you can view the various scan logs:
Current Jobs:
lists all scan jobs currently queued for processing
Scan Jobs Log:
lists completed scan jobs
Scan Message Log:
lists system messages related to the scan
function
Besides viewing these logs, you can delete scan jobs.
Viewing Current Scan Jobs
The Scan Jobs page displays the list of current scan jobs and provides
links to the scan jobs log and scan message log.
The Current Jobs list displays the
Group
,
Template
,
Agent
,
Status
, number of
Pages
, start
Time
, and
Detail Status
for each scan job.
