Pages: shows the number of pages in the job and the number of
pages printed. For example, 10/100 indicates that 10 pages of a 100-
page job have printed.

Size: is the size of the print job in bytes.
„
Submitted: is the date and time that the print job was submitted.
„
Copies: for Scheduled Print jobs, this item contains the number of
copies requested.
Checking Device Status
1 Click the
Device Status
tab.
2 Check the Printer Information.
3 Check the status bar along the bottom of the tab. For more
information about this bar, see Device Status Bar on page 149.
4 To update this information, click
View
>
Refresh
or click
F5
.
Checking Job Status
1 If the ipc1 Document Monitor program is not running, click
Start
>
Programs
>
ipc1 Document Monitor .
2 Right-click the ipc1 Document Monitor icon in the taskbar.
3 Select the device name.
4 Click
Document Monitor .
5 Click the tab for the queue you want to monitor, such as the
Scheduled
Print
or
Invalid
queues.
To refresh the job status, click
View
>
Refresh
or press
F5
.
