Print Queue Status Window
Menus

Printer > Close: closes the dialog box.

Document > Cancel: cancels a document that is printing.

View > Configure: opens the Configuration dialog box.

View > Refresh: updates the display with new information from the
controller.

View > Status Bar: turns on and off the display of the status bar.
Job Status Information

Document Name: is the name of the document that is printing.
„
Status: is the state or condition of the job.
„
Scheduled to Print: for Scheduled Print jobs, this item displays the
date and time in localized format when the job is scheduled to print.
„
Owner: identifies who submitted the job.
