Installing or removing internal drives

 

Bay 6

Note:  When the rubber grommets (washers) are used to attach

the drive, you must use the additional screws that are
shipped with your server.

6. Reinstall the rear drive bay assembly and secure it with the

screw that you removed in step 2 on page 123.

7. Attach the cables to the drive, as shown in the following

illustration.

8. If you want to install or remove any other options, do so now.

Otherwise, go to “Completing the installation” on page 148.
