3.4 Installing the Chassis
During operations, wear protective gloves to prevent personal injury.
The E9000 chassis provides two rows of holes for installing front mounting ears. By default,
front mounting ears are installed on the front row of holes.
If the cabinet depth is less than or equal to 1000 mm or 39.37 in. (such as Huawei N610E-22
cabinet), the space in the rear of the chassis is insufficient for connecting power cables for
PDUs. In this case, remove the front mounting ears from the front row of holes and install
them on the rear row, enlarging the clearance in the rear of the chassis by 40 mm (1.57 in.).
