7. Multicast DNS (mDNS) is disabled by default. mDNS is a protocol that resolves host names in
small networks that do not have a DNS server. To enable mDNS, click

8. Confirm that users who will use the Bluetooth scanner server are members of an
authentication group that has
Bluetooth scanner access
enabled. See
for authentication group configuration information.
9. Click
Apply
to save the configuration and apply the change.
Command line
1. Log into the TX54 command line as a user with full Admin access rights.
Depending on your device configuration, you may be presented with an
Access selection
menu
. Type
admin
to access the Admin CLI.
