CAN Global Automatic Block Delay Setting Register (CnGMABTD).
The CnGMABTD register is used to set the time interval at which packet buffer data is allocated to
ABT and transmitted in ABT normal operating mode.

on the status of the transmission from other workstations or the way in which ABT packets
(packet buffers 8 to 15) are requested to be transmitted.
