Oil filter
6.9.3 - PTO Anteriore - Cambiare l’olio e
sostituire il filtro
1. Place the tractor on a flat, horizontal surface.
2. Apply the parking brake and stop the engine.
3. Remove key from the key switch.
4. Lift the hood.
5. Place a suitable container under the drain plug
(1).
6. Unscrew the cap (2).
7. Once all the oil has drained out, reinstall the plug
(1).
8. Unscrew the screws (3) and remove cover (4).
9. Pull out and replace the oil filter.
10. Replace the O-ring.
11. Fit the cover (3) complete with O-ring.
12. Introduce the new oil into the PTO through the
hole in the cap (2). For quantity and type of oil see
chapter 8.1 Lubricant table.
13. Screw the closure cap (2).
14. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
15. Stop the engine.
16. Unscrew the cap (2) and check the oil level which
in normal conditions must reach the edge of the
hole. Top up if necessary.
1. Posizionare il trattore su una superficie piana e
orizzontale.
2. Inserire il freno di stazionamento e spegnere il
motore.
3. Rimuovere la chiave dall’interruttore a chiave.
4. Sollevare il cofano.
5. Posizionare un contenitore adatto sotto il tappo di
scarico (1).
6. Svitare il tappo (2).
7. Una volta scaricato tutto l’olio, reinstallare il tappo
(1).
8. Svitare le viti (3) e rimuovere il coperchio (4).
9. Estrarre e sostituire il filtro dell’olio.
10. Sostituire l’O-ring.
11. Montare il coperchio (3) completo di O-ring.
12. Introdurre l’olio nuovo nella PTO tramite il foro
del tappo (2). Per quantità e tipo di olio vedere
capitolo 8.1 Tabella dei lubrificanti.
13 Avvitare il tappo (2) di chiusura.
14. Avviare il motore e lasciarlo funzionare per alcuni
minuti.
15. Arrestare il motore.
16. Svitare il tappo (2) e controllare il livello dell’olio
che in condizioni normali deve raggiungere il
bordo del foro. Se necessario rabboccare.
