System Requirements
Release 3.0 of Annex Manager is intended to run on a workstation running
BSD Unix (Sun Sparc, HP, RS/6000). The following sections list the
hardware and software requirements for installing and running Annex
Manager.
Memory Requirements
You must have at least 10 MB of free disk space available prior to
installation.We recommend at least 32 MB of RAM, although specific
memory requirements vary depending on the type of workstation and the
other tasks that run concurrently with Annex Manager.
Annex Manager works best with a color monitor directly attached to the
workstation or a color X-window terminal connected to the UNIX host
over the network. Annex Manager also supports a gray-scale X-window
terminal attached to the workstation. Any X-window terminal used with
Annex Manager must have at least 2 MB of RAM.
Platforms and Hardware
Annex Manager runs on the following platforms and hardware:

SunOS 4.1.3 and 4.1.4 on SPARC Systems.
•
Sun Solaris 2.4 and 2.5.1 on SPARC Systems.
•
HP-UX 9.0.5 or 10.1
on HP 9000 Series 700 Workstations.
•
AIX 4.1.4
on IBM RS/6000 workstations.
