AltiContact Manager Administration Manual

Messaging window. Be sure that Enable SMTP/POP3 Service (in the
E-Mail Messaging Options field group) is deselected.

2.

Open the Windows Internet Information Services window by right-
clicking the My Computer icon and choosing Manage from the
popup. Expand Services and Applications in the tree to view Internet
Information Services.

3.

Select Default SMTP Site in the tree.

4.

On the toolbar, click the Stop button.

You can now proceed with the steps given below.

To configure the AltiContact Manager for email service:

1.

On the System Management menu, select Voice Mail
Configuration… and click the Messaging tab to open the Messaging
window:

Configure the E-Mail Messaging Options group as follows:

• Select Enable SMTP/POP3 Service to enable email and Mixed-

Media Messaging on the AltiWare system.
