INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE 312
6.1.3 Diodes and IGBT check
Before checking, first remove the external wiring on main circuit terminals (R/L1、S/L2、T/L3、U/T1、V/T2、W/T3).
Then set the meter to ohm-testing position.

6.1.4 Cleaning
Always run the inverter when it’s clean.
Use a soft brush to remove dust and dirt on the fan blade, fan cover, and heat sink, keeping inverter in good heat
dissipation.
Gently wipe dirty areas on the cover with a soft cloth and neutral detergent.
Note: 1. Do not use solvent, such as acetone, benzene, toluene and alcohol to wipe the cover, these will cause
inverter surface paint fall off.
2. Display on keypad (PU301, PU301C) are vulnerable to detergent and alcohol. Therefore, avoid using them for
cleaning.
