With the

CONFig - POWER

menu either the forward power

MAXHOLD (min/max display on/off)

The NRT is able to store the maximum and minimum values as well as the differences thereof for all
measurement functions. Two menus are available for this purpose. Via the

CONFig - MAXDISP

menu

(see following section) display of the maximum, minimum or difference value can be selected. The
menu

CONFig-MAXHOLD:

allows start and stop of the max/min determination for both the power and reflection indication.

Determination of the max/min value is started by selecting the menu item

RUN.

As soon as a value is

measured that is greater than the stored maximum value or smaller than the stored minimum value, the
memory is updated and the displayed value corrected accordingly. After the start, the max/min memory
is initialized by the first measured values.

The NRT has two sets of max/min memories, one for the power indication and one for the reflection
indication. If during a max/min determination the measurement function is changed (eg from AVG to
PEP), the max/min memories concerned (here: for power indication) are reinitialized and the max/min
determination is started for the new measurement function.
