5.2.8.2 Battery

Identification

Preparation:

Remove battery.

Connect the power cord and wait for completion of the switch-on process.

Plug in the battery.

Test:

The charging symbol appears on the display.

5.2.8.3

Automatic Switch-Off of Charging

Preparation:

Connect NRT to AC supply, insert battery into option NRT-B3.

Switch on the NRT with the ON/STBY key and wait for completion of switch-on
process.

Select in the UTIL - BATTERY CHARGE menu the parameter ON.

Test:

The battery charging symbol should disappear after max. 2.5 hours (end of
charging). The charging time can be considerably reduced with the battery only
partly discharged.

If charging is completed later, repeat the check with another battery.
