3.7 CN5 connector (for machine position feedback, applicable
to full-closed loop)
The CN5 connects to the external linear scale or the encoder (A, B, and Z) and forms a
full-closed loop with the servo system.

Note:
1.
This only supports encoders with AB phase signal, power supply voltage is 5V, and maximum current
consumption is 300 mA.
2.
The maximum single-phase pulse frequency for the encoder is 4 MHz.

The motor temperature detection function supports NTC and PTC type sensors. Refer to Chapter 8 for
detailed parameter settings of PM.022 and PM.024.
