Replace the drum cartridge.

Replace the drum cartridge. See "Replacing the Drum Cartridge."

After you replace the drum cartridge, start the Tool Box from the Dell
Printer Hub or Dell Printer Management Tool , and click Chart Print
on the Diagnosis tab.

Click Pitch Configuration Chart .
The Pitch Configuration Chart is printed.
