Slide spacer bushing onto crankshaft and

torque the bolt to specified value.

Tighten torque 60N·m.

Warning: The magneto bolt torque must

follow the special torque or it may cause

the magneto rotor cannot be removed.

Tool:

Rotor locking tool 0800-031000-922-003

Turn driven gear clockwise to make sure

the double gear turns freely.

Note: Breather shaft end with chamfer

should face outward.
