1 Drive Face of Fixed Sheave

Slowly loosen tool handle to release the

spring tension and remove the special tool.

Remove the spring seat.

Remove the guide key.

Remove the spring and sliding sheave of

the driven pulley.

Driven Pulley Inspection

Driven Pulley Fixed Sheave Inspection

Check driven pulley faces for any abnormal

conditions, such as heavy wear or visible

damage. Replace if necessary.

Note: Clean fixed sheave of driven

pulley before inspection.

Note: Driven pulley assembly is

precisely matched. If only the fixed sheave

or sliding sheave is replaced, vibration

may increase. It’s recommended to replace

both when replacement is required.
