2 Drive Pulley Locking Wrench

3 Drive Pulley Mounting Bolt

(Counterclockwise)

CVT Cover Assy Inspection

Inspect the CVT assy to see if it has

cracks. Replace the cover if damaged.

If CVT cover seal has aging or other

damage, replace the seal.

Check the heat insulation screws for being

loose. Replace the CVT case cover if any

are found.

Check the heat insulation for wear.

Replace the CVT case cover and heat

insulation if damaged.

CVT Cover Installation

Reverse the removal procedures for CVT

cover installation.

Note: Locking bolts should be tightened

in criss-cross procedure.
