14 Throttle and Choke cables
a) Rivet the throttle / choke cable guide plate into position.
Position it as low as is practicable, and laterally around 3mm starboard of
central with the upper triangulation tube 24
– so that the throttle cable pair
passes inside and clear of it and the choke cable pair passes outside and
clear of it.
Don’t forget to drill the holes in the firewall for the cables before riveting the
plate!

b) Throttle cable outers run in a big loops to pass behind the carburettors and
attach via a 90 degree guide peice.
