e) When happy with the positioning fix first using the two bolts that connect the
TU12 tubes to their U brackets
– see fig 184 below.

f) Use 3mm plastic washers under and over the floor panel followed by a steel
penny washer before the nut on each of the forward fixing points
g) Drill and fix the rear under floor edge with Clecos/ Skinpins starting from the
middle and with spacing around 80mm.
h) Offer up the sides and mark and cut so the edge aligns neatly with the joggle
in the rear fuselage shells.
Use a Dremel cutting wheel, or a fine hacksaw blade worked at a fine angle.
Finish with a sanding block to get a nice smooth line with good alignment.
