Nynja Build Manual 1.4d

12.8 Fuel filler

a) Cut a 89mm diameter hole in the fuselage fairing to accept the fuel filler fitting

in the position shown below:

b) Offer up the filler hose and find the best angle for the filler to be positioned

c) The fitting can now be secured to the fuselage

– by drilling and using 4mm

nuts and bolts.

d) The flexible hose can now be cut to size and fitted

– secured with two ‘jubilee’

clips.

e) Finally fit a cap on the breather tube on the filler fitting. Use a 6mm plastic

nutcap and epoxy or hot glue.
