3.4.5 Device Monitor
It means the function to monitor or change the value of the device selected by a user through accessing to the web server.
If you login with the administrator or general accounts, you can change the selected device’s value, however, if you login
with the guest account, the available function is monitoring only.
Device monitoring can be largely divided into device monitoring and flag monitoring.
