Configuring the Director

2. Choose the folder where you want to save the file. 

3. Type in a file name and extension in the File name field.

4. Click Save. The file saves to the specified folder as an ASCII text file.

Enabling Embedded Web Server

Use the following steps to enable EWS:

1. At the Hardware View page, choose Configure > Enable Web Server. 

Choosing Enable Web Server automatically places a check mark in the 
check box.

2. Choose Enable Web Server again to remove the check mark and disable the 

EWS interface. When disabled, remote users cannot access the interface.

Enabling Telnet

Use the following steps to enable Telnet:

1. At the Hardware View, choose Configure > Enable Telnet. Choosing 

Enable Telnet automatically places a check mark in the check box.
