Action
If the failure persists, contact the system vendor to ensure that the motherboard BIOS revisions
are up to date and there are no known issues for multiprocessor boot on the platform.

Severity
Warning
Description
This message displays in a Windows NT blue screen on a monitor attached directly to a CE
when the IOP directs the CE to remove the last active IOP. This may occur as a result of fault
handling in the HP NetServer AA system or as a result of an operator command. This event
terminates the CE operating system and is followed by a reset of the CE.
Hardware/Software
This message may appear as a result of:
•
A user command executed by software
•
A fault handling action occurring because of a hardware or software malfunction in the
system
Action
The CE operating system has ceased operation.
•
You must return one or both IOPs to service, and one of the CEs must reboot Windows NT
to restore system operations. This typically occurs without user intervention.
•
In cases of multiple system faults, it may be necessary to intervene manually to repair
failed components and restore system operations.
•
If you cannot restore system operations, contact your service provider for assistance.
