IOPn.MtcMon status: An Endurance Manager request to shut down the operating system on the CE(s) could not be
performed because shutdown is already in progress.

Description
This message is generated when a command is issued to shut down the CE’s Windows NT
operating system and a previous request is still in progress. The initial request continues
processing, and any subsequent requests are ignored.
This message is generated when a CE shutdown is in progress (because of either an internal
Endurance Manager request or an Endurance Manager command) and a subsequent CE
shutdown is requested.
