MtcVidP Messages

IOPn.MtcVidP status: Video Co-Provider protocol version mismatch.

Severity

Error

Description

This message occurs during IOP joining, when the joining Video Provider receives a join

response from the merging Video Provider. It indicates that incompatible versions of the Video

Provider software are running on the IOPs. The joining IOP is not allowed to join the HP

NetServer AA server.

Action

•

Use the HP NetServer AA Manager to obtain the revision information for MtcVidP on the
IOPs.

•

If reported following a software upgrade, reapply the upgrade to the IOPs.

•

If the error persists, contact your service provider for assistance.
