The Device Synchronization Layer encountered an invalid flush state.

Hardware/Software

This message indicates an HP NetServer AA server software error or an intermittent IOP

hardware failure.

Action

Reboot the IOP and allow it to rejoin the HP NetServer AA server. Refer to

Chapter 9
