message indicates an operating system resource condition usually related to insufficient
memory in the reporting IOP.

check.

This message indicates an internal HP NetServer AA server software error.
Action
Report this message to your service provider. If this message occurs, it does not affect
an HP NetServer AA server. Any elements (IOPs or CEs) removed as the result of the error
can be rebooted safely. Refer to
Chapter 9
in
HP NetServer AA Solution Administrator’s Guide
or information on how to reboot an IOP.
