IOPn.MtcMon status: An invalid control message was received from IOPx.
Variables
x – the ID of the IOP that generated an invalid control message
Severity
Error
Description
The IOPs frequently exchange messages that are used to monitor and control operations. An
IOP received a control message from a remote IOP that was illegal or invalid for the current
state of the receiving IOP. This message is reported to the Fault Handler, which removes one
of the IOPs from the Endurance server. If the error threshold for the removed IOP is exceeded,
the IOP is faulted until you manually resolve the condition.
