IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx is unavailable for initialization because it is currently FAULTED.

x – the ID of the IOP that is unavailable for initialization

Description
This message is generated during IOP initialization when the Endurance software is loaded.
The specified IOP is in a faulted state and is not available for configuration into the Endurance
server. If the other IOP is not disabled or faulted, the CE is booted when it is powered up.

This message is generated during boot when the IOP was previously marked as faulted. This
may have occurred due to a software or a hardware error.
Action
Examine the event logs to determine the reason that the IOP was previously faulted. Enable the
IOP by issuing an IOP Enable Operation command.
IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx joining has been aborted because the thresholding database was modified. IOP
initialization and joining will be retried.

Description
This message is generated during IOP joining if a system error occurs that causes a change to
the threshold database while it was being copied to the joining IOP. IOP joining is terminated
and restarted.
