MtcCEX: Could not transition any IOP MIC port to ACTIVE.

Description
This message displays in a Windows NT blue screen on a monitor attached directly to a CE
during CE operating system boot if the HP NetServer AA CE Transport cannot activate a MIC
connection to any IOP. The CE operating system boot terminates.

Hardware/Software
This message is most likely the result of a failure of the CE MIC adapter.
Action
•
If CE boot does not succeed after retrying, replace the CE MIC.
•
If the problem persists, contact your service provider for assistance.

during CE operating system boot when the HP NetServer AA CE Transport cannot activate a
MIC adapter port as requested by the IOP during the boot process. The CE transport attempts
to continue the boot process.
