IOPn.MtcMon status: A CE protocol error was detected on IOPx during a CEy remove or disable operation.
Variables
x – the ID of the IOP on which a protocol error was detected
y – the ID of the CE that was being removed or disabled when the error was detected

Description
When using the Endurance Manager to issue a request to remove or disable a CE, the Monitor
performs a series of message exchanges between the local IOP and the CE. A protocol error
was detected during this message exchange. This message is usually generated as a result of a
hardware failure that occurred during the message exchange, or a software error.
