MtcMon Messages
IOPn.MtcMon status: The CE operating system cannot be synchronized. The version of Windows NT on the CE is not
supported.
Severity

Description
An incorrect or unsupported version of Windows NT is running on the CE. This version or
service pack is preventing the CE operating system from synchronizing.
Hardware/Software
This message is generated because a software condition exists in the CE operating system
which requires a reboot of the operating system to resolve.
Description
•
Check for any updates to the Endurance software that enables support for the version of
the operating system you are running.
•
Install the correct version of the Windows NT operating system on the CE for this version
of Endurance software. Refer to the
HP NetServer AA 6200 Solution Release Notes
(Release 3.0 Service Pack 1)
for information about versions of the Windows NT operating
system supported by this version of Endurance software.
•
Reboot the CE operating system.

Description
CE operations could not be suspended to perform a system transition.
Hardware/Software
This message may be generated by a fault-handling event associated with either a hardware or
a software failure.
Action
•
If this message is generated during a fault-handling event, no action is necessary.
•
If the message is generated during a system transition initiated manually via an operator
command, retry the command. If it continues to fail, contact your service provider for
assistance.
